Agreement

These terms apply to the Ropr app and the Ropr website. Ropr is run by The Trustee for Abseil.Pro Trust (ABN 99 422 738 977), trading as Ropr, PO Box 7757 East Brisbane QLD 4169. "Ropr", "we" and "us" mean that operator, and "you" means the business that signs up for an account. By creating an account or using Ropr, you agree to these terms. How we handle personal information is set out in ourPrivacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are per business. Each business needs its own subscription, and the people who work for it can use the account under that subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance, at the price shown when you subscribe.

Free trial

New businesses get a 15-day trial. No card is needed to start it. At the end of the trial, you need to choose a paid plan to keep using Ropr.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We don't refund part of a billing period, unless the law requires it.

Your data

Your business owns its data. That includes its clients, jobs, quotes, timesheets, photos, reports, documents and invoices. We hold it to provide Ropr to you, and we don't use it for any other purpose.

You can ask us for an export of your data at any time, in a standard, readable format. When an account closes, we delete its data within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ropr:

• to break any law, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• to store or send content you have no right to use;
• to probe, attack or overload our systems, or to get access to another business's data;
• to share your login with people outside your business, or to resell access to Ropr.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why as soon as we reasonably can.

Availability and support

We work to keep Ropr available and to fix faults quickly, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted. We may schedule maintenance, and we'll try to tell you in advance when it will affect you. Support is available by email at hello@ropr.app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top and tell account holders by email before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using Ropr after that, you accept the updated terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Ropr is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Both parties submit to the courts of Queensland.
